For this FY I have found;
4/7/24 - Euroz sole bookrunner for WAF $150 million cap raising.. Fee =3% of the total gross dollar amount raised under the Placement, plus a potential incentive fee of up to 0.5% of the total gross dollar amount at the absolute discretion of the WAF Board.
15/7/24 – PR2 IPO - Euroz Hartleys acted as Lead Manager for this $10 million IPO.
27/7/24 – co-manager for a $27.5 million raise for MEI. There were other joint lead managers and bookrunners, so not sure if Euroz would have received much $ from this raise?
30/7/2024 - Bhagwan Marine Limited (“Bhagwan”) commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange after raising $80 million via a fully unwritten Initial Public Offering (“IPO”). Euroz Hartleys acted as Lead Manager and Underwriter. Unsure of the fees on this.
8/8/24 - FDR raising $6 million. Euroz to be manager for any shortfalls, potential for their to be low income from this raise.
22/8/24 – AMD raised $5 million. Euroz Hartleys Limited, Bell Potter Securities Limited and Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited acted as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners to the Placement. The Joint Lead Managers to the Placement announced are entitled to fees of 5% on Placement funds raised.
29/8/24 – ERA $880 million renounceable entitlement offer, $760 commited from RIO Tinto (thus $120m million raising). Euroz Hartleys acted as Lead Manager and Underwriter.
The Company (ERA) will pay Euroz Hartleys Limited:
(a). a base fee of AUD $75,000;
(b). 2.5% of the gross proceeds of any Shortfall Shares for gross proceeds up to AUD $10,000,000; and
(c). 2.0% of the gross proceeds of any Shortfall Shares for gross proceeds over and above AUD $10,000,000.
