My personal view on the Texas holdup is that it may be mixed up in a similar situation to the border legislation that got jerked around and didn’t pass. While Lynas is a bilateral effort it doesn’t mean that one party or the other might not gain from it being held up until after the election and in Texas…… Hopefully the Bloomberg article might bring the holdup to light because it doesn’t help us in competing with China! Let it rain!!!
