What is unnatural is the fear of warmth!
Humans thrive on warm climates. We wither in the cold.
Our planet spends a heck of a lot of time in the ice age territory and it is not a good place to be. Most will die in the next ice age, so why do some want us to fear the warmth?
We have had 10,000 years of warming and face 90,000 years of cold in the next ice age soon to be upon us.
We ought to be looking at ways to keep the warmth going a heck of a lot longer.
Our next inevitable ice age will do a whole lot more damage than any warming yet to come.

Natural Global Cooling! That is what we should be fearing. Why do our pollies ignore the truth of our climate cycle? are they keeping the real fearful stuff from us by telling us its warming instead? LOL.
None of our weather is extreme. Its all happened before.
When you get the wettest since... and the hottest since ... and the driest since ... , just ask yourself just what natural factors caused exactly the same type of weather in the ... year so long ago.
