    Hi Kosenar. Yes I did check the date being so surprised at the out of date photo. The date of the paper was last Friday the 3rd December 2010.
    I think as you said about "care and maintenance" and the feeling of little or no money, with the price of gold the way it still is, they seem to be still struggling to get by. They should be coining it at the moment. Maybe they are! Seems a little strange!
