So is it a wood fired oven or a gas fired oven ;- ) ?
While I would like to get the design details at some stage, I am not ready to commit to the project just yet because of other committments and I would not have enough time to do the job properly.
A side not - I Have been following your posts pretty close and getting a fair idea of the story being told.....I think.
