I think that’s a reasonable assumption…especially if Ramelius is trying to wait for some kind of wider market correction that it can exploit to make a much lower offer.
What we need is news flow that either prompts a bid with an acceptable premium or, better, news that takes Spartan permanently out of reach.
Maybe our brokers will be taking the steam out of RMS’s share price in a year’s time as we prepare a bid for them.…
