I'm a Bpt shareholder and could take of leave Itc. Sure in complements some of Bpt tenements. However our sp is extremely weak and this not a good time to be in a dutch auction for a penny stock that requires hundreds of millions of capital dollars to get producing. This will be Bpt final and highest offer. Vic energy may put some financial instrument to you that may seem to be higher than 8.5 cents but as I doubt they have enough money to make it realistic. If you were so good then Bpt share price would be up. The market is not impressed.
