I think its extremely positive, better than a break down in relations/dispute or something, whether it indirectly leads to a deal for Phase 1 is yet to be determined. We're cutting it fine that's for certain.
Put it this way, if we get a deal soon there's some very very serious money/value to be made SP wise.
