In the end for a stock like IMU, the 50% CGT will be more significant then trading the stock unless you don't need to pay the tax gain and know how to pick your entry and exit. I suspect even a lot of traders got caught out with what happened a few weeks ago and thought the pps will re-rate much more on fundamental but the drop was as quick as the rise.
