Bringing up that null and void Quote regarding a lacking in financial viability lacked thought on your behalf given the recent nullification of that report via the $20 Million facility from Boston. They accepted the loan at a cost to the company's stock. They were happy to transact the stock for the loan at 1.1c no doubt considering it a discount value to the then trading average of around 1.3c and a tangible future with stroing potential growth periods. So in effect the value of the share according to trade history and the current SPP is 1.3c given that 1.1c represents the discounted value... Still all of this is just penny percentiles and AUS you even know yourself that once the order announcement comes we may well be looking at a considerable re-rating of the stock... To be honest it wouldn't surprise me if you are indeed holding and just poking sticks at WL so he can pull out the relevant information to combat the down ramp as I'm sure you are very well aware of the up side of your down ramping arguments. Anyway as always its just my opinion...
