    re: Ann: Papyrus Signs Memorandum of Understa... You seem to be intent on taking only the negative view on this announcement and the PPY situation in general. If a company signs an MOU in relation to its business it certainly should be announcing it. I agree more substantial agreements are what is needed, but the MOU is better than no MOU.
