You've played your usual decoy game here, trying to distract everyone from the unfortunate reality using irrelevant points.

To address what you said (which I'm happy to do, unlike you, desperate to sweep the reality under the rug and pull the wool over everyone's eyes), yes, I said a CR was definitely required. It was. It happened. Yes, I expected it would be at a discount because I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to pay a premium. I was wrong. At the time I immediately said it was very surprising, it was a great deal for AGY and it was puzzling that ATL would do what they did. My thoughts there aged extremely well, while your assertions aged like milk with added detritus.

Yes, I expected the share price would crash. You bring that up as though it is soaring. Even just shortly after the ATL the price was falling more than I had been predicting, and if the drop since then doesn't count as a crash, it'll do until AGY crashes much further, which I have no doubt it will.

But, this was all an irrelevant attempt of yours at a decoy away from the reality that ATL very clearly burned themselves, either by failing to do their due diligence or because AGY mislead them. There's no reasonable way to deny this, which is why you throw an emotional tantrum (actually, your posting is pretty much a constant tantrum) and rant about pips and Toyota.

It's so funny that you constantly try to discredit and laugh at other people, after you've made all sorts of absurd claims about yourself and non stop ramped this thing all the way down to where it is. You're absolutely overwhelmingly the most extremely incorrect person here. Your track record of getting things drastically wrong is unparalleled. You're also overwhelmingly the one who most mocks and ridicules others. This is a very ugly combination and says so many things about you...
