new - announcement out, page-14

Can anyone with knowledge of the gear explain what has actually happened and how it could happen? And 7 days? is it really that big a disaster that it takes a week to fix??! ..just starting to seem like a comedy of errors this company.. yet another hole that is going to go a good month or more over target... I bet the core and flow results will be slipped in as a footnote on an ann about something completely unrelated in a months time or something again too..

..sorry to rant, just getting frustrated needed to vent :o/
