And c'mon mate, 'meeting all KPIs' while signing no significant deals (flagged as near term for 18 months and missing those original deal KPIs that were set for I think June last year!!), while halving the share price in a terrible raise. Far out. I always appreciate your posts Bricky but if you think performance like that should be rewarded as though they have smashed it out of the park than I can't help you. I've probably been here as long or longer than you and I rarely complain despite ADO continuing to mostly disappoint.
Management setting low bars for KPIs, such that they are clearly not aligned with shareholders interests and meeting them all despite the shareprice/revenue/deal/SOI shambles is a massive frikkin red flag for management. I am pissed because I actually thought these guys were half decent.
