Hi Wado, with what we have still to be processed and sold from Jeffries Find and starting into Munda very soon, along with the potential of at least a few more serious Gold deposits yet to be discovered within our current 516km2 of tenements, I think we're quite undervalued. We've garnered a bit more market attention of late but it appears we're still flying under the radar.
We've got approximately 220koz to look forward to over the next 5-8 years funded by mining JF which has been a surprise earner into this all time high Gold price, and we'll have another gold sales Ann shortly.
The speed at which our self-funded small operation is moving and progressing is rare among juniors and even some midcaps in this sector.
Previous Research provided by Canary Capital (on our Investor page) was based on about $3k/oz, 220koz resource and provides a framework for where we're at and highlights the numerous positives with our growing operation.
If we use an ASIC of $2k/oz (AUD) for extraction on the current ath of $3800/oz, we get roughly $1800 profit after costs. Recent sales have been at around $3700/oz so I've used that below. Of course we're going to have Gold price fluctuations and other incidental costs affecting the profit margin moving forward.
220,000oz x $1,700/oz = $374,000,000
$374,000,000 / 150,000,000 shares = $2.49/share
$2.49 / $0.31 = 8.04
So we sit at $0.31 with 150M shares at a factor of 8.04 below the current full realised market value of our known resources already taking into account ASIC. We've got substantial shallow resources still yet to be uncovered, and also yet to be discovered at depth. The numerous positives we've previously discussed and with the dynamic of our astute & progressive management team, imo puts Auric well ahead of most other small cap Goldies in this price range on the ASX.
We all know that Munda is soon to kick off. Extracting the easily mined shallow depositis first into growth and not wasting time, energy & $$$ on underground operations is a clever strategy. Our management team are definitely playing this smart and realise that we have to move as quickly as possible into this solid Gold price environment which could be transitional.
The fact that we're producing serious Gold $ figures in such a short time from company inception with such a small share register at an ATH gold price with little prospect of share value dilution, puts us well ahead of the many highly speculative 'ASX explorers' who may have Gold deep in the ground, but in reality have years until they might start mining after numerous cap raises and external funding. More often than not, these penny hopefuls have ridiculously inflated market caps based on the odd high grade intercept, marketing and hopium, and will probably miss the ATH high Gold train.
Auric has all of the positives previously highlighted and we're a producer in well known Gold territory, with no hype.
I reckon we should be siting at around $0.40-0.45 right now, but of course we can't lead a stable of horses to water and expect them to drink.
If my figures are way off the mark, I'm happy to be corrected.
What is it about these Auric Mining FACTS in this booming Gold market that the average investor doesn't realise?
