I don’t think he is saying there’s no delay, he is saying if and when there’s a delay only will they advise via the ASX.
Think of it like the titanic heading towards the iceberg, and the captain not announcing it prior to colliding
Those that are watching from the top deck know it’s coming, the captain knows it’s coming, yet to keep the passengers calm or from jumping ship, the announcement comes after the fact.
