Yes but what im saying is if the Feds were following process Ed should have been able to come out and say, Ive received my NSW colleagues assesment and they have declined the applications and following an extensive review i have formed a preliminary opinion that the applications should be declined.
Ed didn't do that, therefore he can't if this goes to court blame NSW for holding things up. If he was going to go over the heads of NSW and make a decision on the application it could of been done a long time ago. So does Ed cite that he is following the process or only when he wants to and it suits his and Labors position.
