AGC had 2 Non-Executive Co-Chairman -Geozen & Mr Richardson. Mr Richardson resigned therefore the turnoil. 3.6 million shares sold & only dropped 11% mostly before 12:30 pm. After that it was buying. Nothing to do with drilling but it was about management related.
