IMHOO Sofdra sales will progress nothing like Japan (Ecclock) albeit the latter have so far achieved exceptional YoY Ecclock Sales Revenue Growth.
BOT will do it much better. They have $79mil in the bank (no current debt). They've managed to source / assemble a highly motivated gun / experienced team who have put together a first class (and very cunning) commercial plan. Their research shows the product to be an effective first of its kind (chemical entity) in treating PAH. Unlike Japan, BOT, in their 3 phase approach will have the PEP, a regional sales force team, lightning speed internet communication to PAH sufferers, AI, UpScript Health (17hr median turnaround), "concierge service" etc. Per @Grainofsand, there are legal prohibitions in place preventing advertising (of Ecclock) in Japan. We can't compare the volume / speed of sales and YoY growth to Japan.
Howie expressed with absolute certainty in next 3mths, (that during PEP) "We are going to get to a million patients..." Followed by the other 6 million PAH sufferers at launch meeting in January which he says is the perfect / opportune time to launch the product. Dermatologists, he said, write out more prescriptions when systems are frictionless - the commercial plan certainly promotes this alongside a "concierge service" that ensures blue ribbon customer service i.e. "effortless", "patient is always topped up" etc.
The more I look at it I wouldn't be surprised with Howie's track record and all, that after he gets some runs on the board next year dependent on sales revenue of course there will be a TO. He knows how to do it and he's done it before. Hard to know what the TO will be $2? $3? AIMHOO DYOR GLTAH
