Hard to say N_terra, though both caches have to complete dosing before the trial can be declared complete, so any announcement prior to that may be premature. Keep in mind that only the first cache are progressing through the trial at the moment due to extraneous circumstances in Argentina.
Judging by past actions, I would not any expect incomplete or potentially misleading announcements. Additionally, the company has never been overly communicative with the ASX (and therefore retails investors), so I would tend to be conservative in any expectations regarding announcements.
The trial progresses irrespective of any ASX announcement (or lack thereof) so as an investor I am content with the current level of communication.
All that said, an update on the approvals for the second cache would be a nice Christmas present.
