I don't believe LYN needs to issue shares to anyone, and have not seen anything that indicates that Sojitz will be anything other that the exclusive distributor in Japan and they get that privilege for arranging in conjunction with LYC the cash required for stage two.
Recently LYC arranged an unsecured working capital facility in Malaysia.
