When our director dumped shares I spoke a number of other larger holders trying to call a 249D. He had an old deal (2018) with RAC that effectively incentivised a quick flip (inked before cpacs and fto was known). I was close to getting the numbers, but fell short. Took too long in my book, but 18 months later he was an ex director.
LC, PH, YF all dumped into retail at the peak, and they're all still there being massively overpaid relative to peers. Hold your management to account, mate. You aren't going to achieve anything coming round here sooking about someone asking some tough questions on the internet.
