Dr. Rene LeBlanc has been chief technical officer for Thacker Pass since August 2018. Brett Rabe had left before that, and was unemployed for six months before hooking up with AZL. Had he stayed in Reno, his home town where he earned his degrees, he would still have a job. Maybe a coincidence that he left AZL when funds were needed for litigation, not research. (They have Maurer for that, in Canada.)
What mayor are you talking about? There were some promises of money from Arizona Commerce Authority, but those required meeting employment objectives that never materialized. A few gonzo legislators wrote letters of endorsement.
