The 3 major and long-term offtakes were signed early in 2022, well before any bank or national agency was mentioned as potential lenders (2023).
IF (not when) the debt cannot be repaid, they will take a share portion at 1,80 AUD/share. That is how our “friendly offtakers” value us, despite manipulated market price.
