Dont know what the concensus is (except from the dis-info. rabbits) but IMO we are better off in the north of Canada on a sea route which is open 6 mths (??) of the year than on a high mountain in the Andes far from the coast in Chile.
It will be an interesting exercise after we get the PFS to run up an outcome on the basis of 100% utilisation of mine and transport facilities if there was no winter delay. It could then be calculated relative to the cost of copper at break-even, as well as the other metrics the PFS throws up.
