Based on a pure Gigajoule valuation the SP price should be min. 50 % higher IMO. If a strategic industrial investor concedes the real enterprise value the SP for the capital raising could be higher than 0,39 $ (to devolop the company really further rather than secure surviving). I am really surprised how fast they are going to raise new funding after they reported 10 Mio $ cash 8 weeks ago. Is this transaction is a prerequisite for another deal ? We are going to figure this out shortly.
