so my other question is do we need a new CEO asap? Simon as CTO has such a huge workload. Actively engaged with the 12CQ work at the design level, as well as steering towards end goals and markets for both the 12CQ and Biochip. How does he then also keep us informed in a timely manner? Not really possible is it.

I agree 2105, we should have some news on who exactly we're working with on the biochip development. Even if not a name specifically, at least some narrative about how we are talking to some industry players, how the potassium testing for CKD came about, where it can lead.

On the 12CQ front it really is a case of being aware of current semiconductor industry, current cost efficient chips, likely AI specific chip designs PLUS the AXE updates, not to mention having to put the last generation of chandelier qubit machines out of mind. After doing all this, then have to look to the future end of silicon as the dominant semiconductor material and how carbon based semiconductors might start to play a role. It gets very detailed and somewhere in the weeds of resonator technology, AXE is in possession of a carbon nano material that has electrons which have spins that have accessible quantum mechanical information. So, material that could replace silicon one day, but can also yield programmable qubits. The possibilities into which this can pivot makes it pretty impossible to know what uses will suddenly present itself. However I believe the quantum team is quite disciplined and focused on a scalable qubit solution that will take quantum computing out of restricted environments and therefore more widely useful. Now if Simon or a new CEO could just confirm this in these simpler terms, it would be a great start. The alternative is, we never get told how and why but one day someone out there understands the 12CQ and wants to buy it and also license the IP. Not a bad outcome either.
