I've never understood why folks expect ex-Big Company people to star in developing small companies. The mentality in a BHP is so very different from that in a junior, and the skill diversity required so much greater in the junior.

Not holding MPO myself some of the wingeing makes posters sound like fair weather sailors. MPO exited Aussie assets well, but unfortunately the Quebec gas, which is the potential company maker, is going nowhere fast due to the depressed US gas prices.

Not yet been able to justify MPO as an investment, but seems you folks have largely got what you've signed up for.
