Up until about June 09 commsec had an LVR of 70% for CER then as fundamentals became more uncertain they wiped the LVR totally.
AReits like Mervac MGR would have had a 70% LVR pre GFC, now 65% LVR
ABACUS ABP was 70% then wiped now 45%
So IMO once separated from affiliation with CNP, CER could be reinstate to about 45% LVR and higher.2011?
