conti's stablemate in trouble.

NKP are of course a totally separate entity but share a same director as Conti in Peter Landau. PL has done some great work for Conti - in particular hiring DT, and the raising of substantial required capital.

However, now I believe that he has come to a crossroads. As some of you may be aware, NKP are having some not so minor legal problems.

There's a bad smell being emitted from NKP, and it not the first of PL's companies that has had issues.

For Conti's sake, I think it is best if he distanced himself from these matters, even though these issues may not have been his fault. We need a squeaky clean image as well as all directors' undivided attention.


PL, being a director of several companies at the same time is proving to be very difficult as well as unfair to shareholders of all companies.

Please do the right thing for all companies PL, and choose which horse you wish to ride.
