You have to feel for the shareholders of NKP to be caught up in this mess. The shareholders who have invested their hard earnt money into a company that has obviously not known about these cercumstances until recently must feel a bit mislead but im sure if the management had known about this issue in the first place they would have never had entred into such agreements in the first place.

Hope all goes well for the shareholders, its not fair on them to be caught up in this.
