More from the rancher's Son quote:::Re: Wy irrigation water sold for fracing 6-Dec-10 10:39 pm They have moved the fracking tanks in, but I haven't see them start yet. I drive by to check every couple days. We are pretty much surrounded by the Gleam, Windy Hill, Enterprise and a future Chesapeake well going in to the east of us, so I keep a pretty close eye on what is going on. So far, they are only drilling on state land. I talked to the driller on the Gleam well and they were just starting to make the bend in the well about a week ago. Noble is set to stake a well to the east of us also. As near as I can tell, Chesapeake has the north half of my parent's place and Noble and EOG have parts of the south half. Hopefully, my parents get a well soon. Their health insurance is getting awfully expensive. I haven't bought into SSN yet, but looking at buying a little bit just to get started in the stock game and it is the cheapest of the companies getting started in the local area.
