well if i had a punt now my money would be on the fact that PCL cannot ann their interp of the 3D without WDS approval and that that is not forth coming,the 3D licence has nothing to do with this possibility. however it is NOT a JV yet - so am i wrong to suggest WDS has any control on PCL anns - i still bet they do, a clause in the option to create a JV no doubt.

this is BS now, everyone else getting on with it but good old Aussie Cos reckon Australia has too much sovereign risk well i would contend the sovereign risk to PCL is not Namibia - it resides with an aussie Co called WDS who are playing silly games with us. i now wish it was a US international we had as a JV partner - could not be any worse.
