but, moreso I think that the best the GBR etc can be described as is that it's a complex situation
which is a pretty simple leap of logic when one considers that the GBR can be seen as a living entity -------
and what we know about large organisms is that they are complex.
take a human - better still, take a physically high performance human - what one finds is that the body is never 100% - not ever. There's always something wrong
