You may need a deeper understanding of ALA, and for what it’s worth, I believe it’s poised to move higher soon.
As for CHM, its current valuation is definitely puzzling. Either we’ve been misled about the true potential of the technology, or this is being positioned for a lowball takeover—or possibly for PH to benefit his 'mates'.
I think it's the latter & (famous last words) we've seen the bottom.
