If you're as dissatisfied with the board as I am, why aren't you playing the market game by taking up more shares to get back on the board or a challenge? Alternatively, have you discussed with institutions to back you up by challenging the board as I do think fresh leadership may be required? I noticed, even in their recent presentation slides, that their return of capital employed metrics has disappeared and even with my rough calculation, it started to decrease over the past few years. I am not sure if your complaints or negative view of the current company has any effect on it. I rather you transform your views into actions. The SP isn't good at this stage and analysts are throwing red flags on this stock even on aus biz and other platforms.
