Agree. Just had a look at the Historical (or is that Hysterical) Financials. Most of the healthy metrics are heading the wrong way, The TSR last yr was a negative. Net profit v, Margin v, ROC and ROE both down..
This reminds me of the story where a guy walked into a Fish and Chip shop owned by two families where the food was good but the service was lousy. He thought to himself, if this business can support two families, then if I bought it and improved the service, I should make a killing ! He did and he did !
Did someone say a takeover opportunity ripe for the picking ?
