A non-underwritten placement to raise approximately A$1.5million comprising the issue of approximately 83.3 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“New Shares”) at A$0.018 per New Share (“Placement”); andA fully underwritten entitlement offer on a one (1) for eleven (11) basis to issue approximately 112.5 million New Shares at A$0.018 per New Share to raise up to approximately A$2.0 million (“Entitlement Offer”) (together the “Offer”).Sub-underwriters to the Entitlement Offer will receive one (1) option for every four (4) shares underwritten in the Entitlement Offer on the same terms as the Attaching Options (“Sub-underwriter Options”).The Placement will take place in a single tranche and the New Shares will fall within the Company’s available placement capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A and is not underwritten.
