    None of the Directors/General Managers I've worked for in the mining industry have simultaneously held oversight or leadership positions in other companies, let alone 5 positions! We are paying a fulltime salary of $500k/yr for only 20% of a manager? This is ridiculous.

    I'm telling you, RH is taking the piss.

    I just want out now. I just want to breakeven, and get the hell out.

    I'm gonna vote 'NO' on the upcoming remuneration report.
