Imo the challenge is that Fed gov grants for emissions reduction are generally tied to onsite actions with fairly rigorous reporting structures to validate and confirm the emissions have actually reduced, I've said all along that I feel it might be a stretch to say that selling the gas to a third party is a valid emissions reduction strategy within the bounds of the current legislation, and it also makes it difficult for you to validate those emissions reductions back to government when you don't control how they're managed once they're in a pipe going somewhere else.
