at VWAP-10% - $11.85m
(or might be less, eg 15%, do your own calcs)
Can’t see why they might sell an asset or part thereof and then immediately do a discounted raise to instos (or retail) without taking advantage of any uplift from the asset sale first… so maybe there is hope it’s a strategic partner taking a stake, maybe the same entity as the asset purchase? Idle speculation….
