The announcement refers to recent asset sales and a cash raise. Could this mean that that Sabre could not come up with the money and consequently we need to raise cash ? That would be my glass half empty take . My glass half full take is ,……well I am not sure but I hope it is some combination of a project partner for Rafael development and a share sale to that company which would give us the cash to drill out the current program. I am just happy to see some activity. Drill baby, drill drill drill as the Donald would say.
