What is being discussed here,isnt a knock on what someone else believes,as each individual can choose their world view based on what they see as evidence and facts.
The point of difference,is the contentious issue that one view calls their view science,when it is belief,its a circular discussion,as we can all see on these threads,and nothing new in the scheme of things,as wesee Paul debated the philosophers etc as they debated these subjects etc
What is being presented is just the age old debate between theists and philosophy, which today is just anotherbelief scientism.
Everyone realises whether they admit it or not,that intelligence ,always comes from a greater source of intelligence and that intelligence and information just do not appear randomly from chaos.
The debates on this forum about abiogenesis, evolution, A supreme being are not unique to this forum,the debate has raged through the ages.
