The weekly chart is showing a potential bullish divergence. Could be putting in a double bottom. I am not bullish until we are back in the low 20's, even then that's only just above par, the key level for me is beyond 40c. We need to see how it reacts to being in the low 20's if we get a bounce off the double bottom.
