Platinum board thinking they have any sort of leverage is hilarious... downright comical.
The manager is on a one way trajectory to zero, without intervention.
Ohh well... be greedy... watch as more FUM walk out the door.
The next offer will just be lower...and lower... and lower.
Here is the thing... investors don't like paying exorbitant fees for a manager that hasn't beat a benchmark in over a decade.
No hope.
