Judging by the diminished sell depth, the bulk of that sell order came from someone who had their shares for sale for a number of days, albeit at a previously higher offer price. There is no trading halt so for now I assume they know nothing more than the rest of the investors.

The options do occasionally trade in big hits like that. Several of my purchases have been about 400,000, the last of that size being at 3.5c. It is, and always has been, a gap-filled auction for the options. They are up a couple of hundred percent from the recent lows so a 3c exit would look very tidy for many.

Reading too much into the daily gyrations will have you muttering conspiracies into padded walls before you know it. Traders, Christmas, bills, good wine, expensive partners, who knows, there are many good reasons to sell!
