... is another one of those "developments" yet to be formally ratified and announced. The stuff is being dug up anyway and GIP has lots of time to lock in profits from it (worth about as much as the tantalum), which will help ensure the world's lowest cost of "tantalum" production and big profits, for what would be the world's second biggest tantalum producer. No formal announcement on the environmental stuff yet either, but that appears to no longer be an issue. Tassy tin and Egyptian gold, nickel and copper spin offs also being planned. Some other bits and pieces in the pipeline too.
