My apologies as well Hero, you should be commended for getting on the phone to the company.

It's just that anything said about this company that's positive makes me think of pump. I shouldn't have such a negative attitude, but unfortunately that won't change until I see something real coming from this company.

I'll try and contain my negativity and instead keep an eye on the results of the investigative work that you guys (girls??) are putting in.
