I tend to agree with what you are saying.
Is it true that WDS didn't speak at the conference which was actually organised by them? Can anyone think of any reasons why that is. May be some parties wanted to cross the t's and dot the i's and put their foot down.
One thing though, both PCL and WDS have all the 3D, and both have their subs studying it. We know that. If WDS do want to use the 3D and the analysis derived from that to facilitate decision making processes, there is nothing to stop them from doing it and nobody would know.
Next week is the end of the 6 to 8 week period that Iain indicated.
