big discount to nta and where is it heading?

    It is trading at a big discount to NTA and has been heading south even though the all ords has been heading north. Any clues why the fund is not performing? as based on the 5 year return on this fund which according to the ASX LMI Quarterly Update Sep 30 2010 was 10.70% p/annum it seems like it is a good fund. What are investors thoughts? I know there were options hovering over the fund before but these have expired now right?
